Greg has worked in the Defence industry for more than 45 years and has held roles as the Managing Director and CEO of several major Top 10 Defence primes.  Greg has exceptionally strong capabilities in shipbuilding and maritime sustainment, transformation and organisational reform, project performance and delivery, commercial details, tendering and delivering customer outcomes via industry.

Peter served in Navy for 33 years including roles as the Chief Naval Engineer and Head of Maritime Systems responsible for sustainment of Navy’s fleet.  Since leaving Navy he now has eight successful years delivering significantly improved business results as an executive and strategic consultant to Defence and related industries.

Peter Croser was one of the Founding Principals of Pacific Management Partners. He bought to PMP an exceptional depth of engineering, Defence and industry experience, together with sound judgement, integrity and a strong commitment to achieving practical outcomes for our clients.

Over his distinguished career Peter made a significant contribution to Australia’s Defence capability, particularly in naval engineering, shipbuilding and maritime acquisition. A Chartered Professional Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Australia, former naval officer, senior Defence executive and industry leader, Peter worked across the Australian Public Service, Defence and private industry at the highest levels. ​
